Aged care provider TLC Healthcare has purchased a three-hectare property adjacent to its Homewood Residential Aged Care facility with plans to expand the site.
TLC Healthcare has acquired a 2.99 hectare (29,946m²) property located at 220-240 Princess Hwy, Hallam; adjacent to their existing Homewood Residential Aged Care location. TLC Homewood is a 180 room residential aged care home that encompasses a TLC Medical Centres community medical centre.

TLC Healthcare will build commercial and community investments and expand its Homewood Residential Aged Care complex, in Hallam, after buying a neighbouring block.
The three hectare site, 220-240 Princes Highway, was listed earlier this year targeted to housing developers with concept plans, but not a permit, for a 93-lot townhouse subdivision (right).
